Terms and Conditions for Beautee App

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Beautee app. By using the app, you agree to these terms and conditions and fully comply with them.

2. Definitions
  • Beautee / App: The electronic platform that connects customers with beauty service providers.
  • User / Client: Any person who uses the app to book services or send gifts.
  • Service Provider: Salons, beauty clinics, or home service providers registered on the app.
  • Wallet: An electronic balance in the client's account within the app that can only be used for bookings.
3. Booking and Payment
  • Users can book available services through the app.
  • The amount is deducted immediately after completing the booking.
  • In case of cancellation:
    • Before 24 hours: 100% of the amount is returned to the wallet.
    • Within less than 24 hours: 30% is deducted, and 70% is returned to the wallet.
4. Payment via Tabby or Tamara
  • The booking cannot be permanently cancelled after payment.
  • Appointment can only be modified within 24 hours with the service provider's approval.
  • If the modification is rejected, no amount will be refunded.
5. Wallet
  • Cancelled amounts are returned to the internal wallet.
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred outside the app.
6. Service Notifications
  • Notifications are sent before the service appointment:
    • 24 hours before.
    • One hour before.
  • The Check-in / Check-out system is for service providers only, not clients.
7. Gifts
  • Wallet balance or booking can be sent as a gift.
  • Gifts cannot be refunded after activation.
  • A 3.68% commission fee is deducted when sending wallet balance.
8. Privacy
  • Basic data is collected to facilitate booking and communication.
  • We commit not to share your information with third parties without your permission.
  • Your data is used only within internal privacy policies.
9. Responsibilities
  • Beautee is merely an intermediary between the client and service provider.
  • We do not assume responsibility for the quality of services provided by service providers.
  • We help resolve disputes through technical support only, without direct intervention.
  • The client is responsible for providing correct data and using the app in a legal manner.
10. Modifications
  • Beautee management has the right to modify terms at any time.
  • Users are notified within the app or via email.
  • Continued use after updates constitutes implicit agreement.
